Dabei steht nicht nur jeder einzelne Verband vor Ort vor Herausforderungen: Als Gesamtverband sind wir gefragt, m\u00fcssen uns gegenseitig austauschen und k\u00f6nnen voneinander lernen. <\/p>\n<h2>#SocialCariMedia Vol. 4 thematisiert Employer Branding<\/h2>\n<p>Aus diesem Grund widmet sich die vierte Ausgabe unserer diesj\u00e4hrigen Online-Workshopreihe #SocialCariMedia dem Thema &#8222;Employer Branding und Personalmarketing&#8220;. F\u00fcr den Termin am 17. November 2021 konnten wir \u201cPersoblogger\u201d Stefan Scheller als Speaker gewinnen. Stefan bezeichnet sich selbst als \u201cBunten Hund im HR\u201d und wird uns einen Einblick geben, wie ein \u201cPersonaler\u201d auf Social Media blickt.<\/p>\n<p>Er hat selbst jede Menge Erfahrung im Personalmarketing, arbeitet f\u00fcr einen gro\u00dfen deutschen Softwareanbieter im Bereich Personalmanagement und schreibt seit Jahren \u00fcber die Digitalisierung in HR \u2013 in Fachpublikationen und auf seinem Blog.
