Mit voize k\u00f6nnen Pflege- und Betreuungsdokumentationen per Spracheingabe erstellt werden. \u00dcber den Rahmenvertrag gelten f\u00fcr Mitgliedsorganisationen einheitliche Konditionen, unabh\u00e4ngig von der Tr\u00e4gergr\u00f6\u00dfe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Zu Inhalten, Konditionen und weiterem Vorgehen informieren wir im Rahmen einer digitalen Kick-Off-Veranstaltung.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"background: #eef2f8; border-left: 4px solid #1f397a; padding: 16px 20px; margin: 24px 0px; border-radius: 4px; text-align: left;\"><strong>Termin:<\/strong> Dienstag, 15. September 2026<br \/>\n<strong>Uhrzeit:<\/strong> 10 \u2013 12 Uhr<br \/>\n<strong>Ort:<\/strong> Online per Zoom (Link unten)<\/div>\n<div style=\"background: #f5f1ef; border-left: 4px solid #cdc1bb; padding: 14px 20px; margin: 24px 0px; border-radius: 4px; font-size: 14px; text-align: left;\"><strong>Geltungsbereich:<\/strong> Der Rahmenvertrag gilt f\u00fcr die station\u00e4re Pflege, Tagespflege, ambulante Pflege sowie die station\u00e4re Eingliederungshilfe.<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"color: #1f397a; text-align: left;\">Konditionen im \u00dcberblick<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"padding-left: 20px; margin: 16px 0px; text-align: left;\">\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">(Teil-)station\u00e4re Pflege sowie Einrichtungen der Eingliederungshilfe: <strong>10,40 \u20ac pro Lizenz\/Monat (netto)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Ambulante Pflegedienste: <strong>4,70 \u20ac pro Lizenz\/Monat (netto)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><strong>35 % Rabatt<\/strong> auf Einrichtungs-, Implementierungs- und Schulungsgeb\u00fchren<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Die Konditionen gelten f\u00fcr die <strong>gesamte Vertragslaufzeit<\/strong>, nicht nur im ersten Jahr<\/li>\n<li>Anmerkung: Die Konditionen greifen automatisch ab einem Mindestauftragswert, unabh\u00e4ngig davon, ob eine Organisation station\u00e4r, ambulant oder gemischt aufgestellt ist. Ob die Voraussetzungen erf\u00fcllt sind, zeigt der Konditionsrechner. Liegt eine Organisation darunter, sollten Sie sich direkt an voize wenden, um individuelle M\u00f6glichkeiten zu kl\u00e4ren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"background: #f2faf6; border: 1px solid #90ccb7; border-radius: 8px; padding: 20px 24px; margin: 24px 0px; text-align: left;\">\n<h4 style=\"color: #00874d; margin-top: 0;\">So funktioniert der Rahmenvertrag<\/h4>\n<p style=\"margin: 8px 0;\">1. Ab dem <strong>15.09.2026<\/strong> haben Mitgliedsorganisationen 60 Tage Zeit f\u00fcr eine unverbindliche Interessensbekundung. Die Frist endet am <strong>14.11.2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 8px 0;\">2. Werden mindestens <strong>30.000 Lizenzen<\/strong> erreicht, tritt der Vertrag f\u00fcr zwei Jahre in Kraft.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 8px 0;\">3. <strong>Wird die Mindestmenge nicht erreicht, gelten die vereinbarten Konditionen dennoch f\u00fcr alle Organisationen,<\/strong> die fristgerecht Interesse bekundet und die Software bis Ende Q2\/2027 implementiert haben.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"background: #fff8ec; border: 1px solid #f9b34e; border-radius: 6px; padding: 14px 18px; margin: 20px 0px; font-size: 14px; text-align: left;\"><strong>Hinweis:<\/strong> Interessensbekundungen sind ausschlie\u00dflich innerhalb der 60-Tage-Frist ab dem 15.09.2026 m\u00f6glich.<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"color: #1f397a; text-align: left;\">Inhalte des Kick-Off<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Vorstellung des Rahmenvertrags und der Konditionen<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e4sentation der Software durch voize<\/li>\n<li>Fragen und Antworten<\/li>\n<li>Aufzeichnung f\u00fcr Verhinderte<\/li>\n<li>Im Anschluss ca. 30 Minuten informeller Austausch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">voize bietet dar\u00fcber hinaus in eigener Regie weitere, vertiefende Informationsveranstaltungen an, am 17. Unterst\u00fctzt werden aktuell:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Vivendi PD<\/li>\n<li>Vivendi Mobil<\/li>\n<li>MD Station\u00e4r \/ MDS<\/li>\n<li>MD Ambulant \/ MDA<\/li>\n<li>DAN Touch (nur in Verbindung mit vorhandenen RED-Lizenzen)<\/li>\n<li>Medifox Station\u00e4r (alt)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"margin: 8px 0;\">Bei anderen Systemen pr\u00fcft voize die Anbindung im Einzelfall.
